Would you be able to use this to make homemade stuffing?

We use the ThinSlim hot dog buns to make bread cubes for stuffing. Use a long bread knife and slice them into 1/4-inch cubes because they double in size when they absorb liquid in the stuffing. Pair it with low-carb cranberry sauce and never fear Thanksgiving dinner again!

how is it sweetened ?

Hey Adriana, There is a touch of natural stevia in the bread. You can not taste it, since it is not supposed to be sweet. It is just used to balance the flavor of the flours.

Hi Catherine,The sodium content for a serving size is 90 mg, and the serving size is 1 slice at 50 calories. Since my last review, I have ordered an additional 6 loafs, if that says how happy and please I am with this product. It's so nice to have finally finally found a bread that I can eat that doesn't raise my blood sugar! Heather

hi, it claims "0" sugars but I gotta tell ya, I didn't like this bread...reviews say a lot of people do if I remember right. the one I found in the frozen gluten free grocery section is " KINNIKINNICK" I KNOW WERE NAME. HAHA but it has 140 cal. on 2 slices, total fat 4 g, 0 cholesterol, 200 mg sodium ,24g carbs , fiber 5 g and less than 2 g. of sugar in 2 slices , 2 g protein. it is great toasted. I have to hide it from my husband. hope this helps !
