United Ortho Short Air Cam Walker Fracture Boot Liner

This insert is much better quality than the insert that came with my walking boot. The fit is snug and it has much better padding in all the right places. It makes the boot not only fit better but it gives more support and feels much sturdier. I wish I had this from the start of my recovery. Also the pump and air valve are towards the inner calf. My last insert had the pump and valve towards the outside of the calf. So every time I try to lay on the couch I had to be very careful of the valve. And this must be why I have already broken 2 of them!!! Definitely very pleased with this. Fits my FormFit boot perfectly!

Have has this replacement liner for only a few hours and already the air is deflating from it constantly. Not happy. How is this supposed to help support my fractured ankle when I constantly have to refill it. The first one we had lasted over 2 years...this one hasn't even lasted 6 hours.

I had gotten an air cast boot from my physician’s office and the air insert got a leak. I researched and found this replacement. It arrived quickly and was pretty comparable; only difference I found was the bottom where you foot goes was a little smaller, but it worked. Good investment for the price.

Shown solo (the dog hair is a paid actor) is my original boot liner that came with my boot. That thing lasted through 2 surgeries but started to wear out (velcro was not sticking to the liner outside anymore). My first order for the replacement did not inflate. I immediately returned it and received a working replacement within a week! It fits perfectly and I couldn't be happier.

The first one I ordered, to clean and air the one that came with the boot, had way more padding but wouldn’t hold air. So, I asked to exchange and the 2nd one fits a little snugger and holds air great! I appreciate how quick they sent it too! I will be ordering my new boot from here now, much cheaper then Dr.s version and seems more supportive!
