Pelvic Sacral SOT Blocks Non Slip Base 1/Pair Upholstered Black

I have had intermittent sciatica issues over many years. Recently I had pain down my left leg and even my hip socket was hurting. I get like an old lady limping around! My old Chiro used to use these blocks to fix this issue. So I came to Amazon to see if I could find them. I found and purchased a pair of these blocks. These don’t come with any instructions. So I found a YouTube video on how to place them. (I kind of remembered but couldn’t remember which block should go higher and what side the lower one should go on). After ONE USE (approx 10 mins on blocks) my issue is completely fixed! Hips and sciatic reset! No more pain. No more ache. No more limping around 😜. I am beyond grateful and happy. I feel great. 💞😌🙏💞 FYI … For pinch/pain in left leg, I placed the block in the lower position - where butt and leg meet. Placed the other at right hip. BUT … Follow your doctors/chiropractors orders.

I bought these for my wife who was reluctant to use them, but when I explained how they were supposed to work, she was willing to try them. They made a huge difference for her rotated hips and she's very thankful to have them. It gave her relief as soon as she needed it, versus once a week from a Chiropractor. We can't recommend them enough, give them a try.

I have suffered for years with lower back pain, specifically lower vertebra 1 and 2 sometimes slipping out. Sitting in a chair is pure AGONY, and driving in a bumping car is the worst. The slightest imbalance and the deep tissue pinching is excruciating and often disabling. I have been stuffing books, wood blocks, and even sometimes my fist back there to get support and yearned for some kind of padded wedge. I was amazed to find these on Amazon and bought 2. THEY WORK WONDERFULLY! I can now actually sit and not feel mind-bending pain. They are firm but nicely padded for a little comfort, and they are well-made. I will be buying at least 4 more, one for each car and one for my office and one for travel.

Works great to align hips, also gives a great pressure massage

This wedges are rather hard but they do the trick. I have arthritis in my hips and a curved tail bone. To open up my hips I lay face down and place the wedges under my hips. Not terribly comfortable but helps to straighten and stretch hip bones.
