I don’t usually write reviews but for those on the fence, BUY THIS!!! We have a puppy and a few older dogs, so we get accidents. I have a brand new Bissell carpet cleaner and have always used their cleaning solution. I use Odoban spray around the house and found this solution and bought it! My carpets have never been cleaner!!! I steamed cleaned a week ago with a Bissell solution and again last night and pulled full tanks of dirty crud out of the same carpet! This stuff is amazing and my carpet looks brand new!

It REALLY does work better than any commercial cleaner. It REALLY does actually work with cold water as the directions specify. It REALLY has NO ODOR good or bad (for my scent sensitive hubby). I have a high traffic house with 2 lab sized dogs, 1 Pomeranian, 1 cat & 1 cage free parrot & 3 adults, one of which smokes. BUY THIS RIGHT NOW. **PLEASE REMEMBER** if your carpet cleaner has the cleaner separate from the clean water DO NOT DILUTE THE CLEANER. The machine does that for you.

Tenant with 4 dogs moved out. This took out all of the "wet dog" smell! Didn't need the $800 "special treatment necessary to remove pet odors" from our local carpet cleaner. Treated ourselves for the odor with about $30 of Odoban and had the competitor do the basic "4 rooms and a hallway" for $175. Win/win.

Seemed to have cleaned the carpets well . Not much of a odor , so didn’t leave behind that “ clean “ smell unfortunately.

I have a steam cleaner and an older dog whose been having accidents. The store bought cleaner has only been doing half the job. I mixed this with water and scrubbed it rather than using my steam cleaner. Followed up with the steam cleaner in suction to get the water out of the carpet and was blow away. Much more clean than before and when using the other chemicals. I will continue to use this as my dog ages. And on my rental properties
