I'd been ordering this product for a while when I decided after it exceeding my expectations compared to similar name brand products. It has been a game changer. It provide great coverage and absolutely holds up well. Will continue to purchase and I definitely recommend it.

Not quite poise but pretty good. Needs to be a tic wider. But long enough and not bulky like you are wearing a diaper. Really good price for what you get.

I prefer these pads to both Poise and Tena. They are absorbent and have more sticky on them so they stay in place better than the name brand pads. And they are much cheaper than the name brands. Win/win!!

My 5th attempt to control night time urinary incontinence. This pad WORKS. It's a little big--but it seems I need a big pad to avoid overflow. I tried briefs but the waistband was too tight. I tried other pads, but one pad didn't have enough adhesive and another pad had leaks out of the sides. A big problem is I get up two or three times to urinate. Many pads feel wet and uncomfortable when I pull them up. This pad is almost perfect.

My first order was very different from what I began to receive when I signed up for a subscription. The first order truly was extra long, thick and absorbent with little to no leakage. The ones that came from the subscription were shorter, thinner and less absorbent. Just not the same and not what I thought I was ordering. I have cancelled my subscription and found a much better product at another retailer.

IF you have nighttime incontinence, these can hold 1 or 2 full voids. They hold a lot of liquid but when full from use, can be a bit bulky. THis is normal and part of what they are meant to do. While they do feel pretty dry after "going", there is still some sensation of wet. This again is normal, and you can't make it go away with any such product.Overall if you have need of a high volume holding pad, these will do the trick.They attach similarly to pads. just peel the tape off and attach to the inside of your panties or briefs.One final comment: The pad is thick in order to hold volume. This might be uncomfortable for some who are sensitive to that. But overall, they are pretty comfortable given what they are needed for.

These pads are good quality and work better than most of the name brands, and the price is very reasonable.
