great sleep aid
this is a natural sleep aid that works!!!!! but my doc told me to alternate with others to not develop resistance. I'm trying to give 5 stars but the site won't take my star rating.

It's not cheap versus other brands but this one is the real deal. I don't know what other brands are selling but it's not as good as this.

Does not work. Felt strange. Brain fog and weakness. I do not recommend the product personally.
