How do you install it? How do you get the old broken one off the screen door?

Removal/Installation of Atwood 146-041950 Screen Door Latch 1. First find 4 screws, 2 on outside (look like Mickey Mouse ears) & 2 on inside (1 top left & 1 top right). 2. Remove short piece of screen spline on bottom of Latch… Save 3. Remove 4 screws & remove whole assembly thru screen from the outside of door. 4. Now you know how to Install the New Assembly.
