They are sturdy and all made. They make a nice clean sharp cut every time. The cutouts are easy to retrieve from a small compartment on the bottom. The only complain I have (and sometimes a project killer) is that it only cuts a short distance from the edge of the paper. You can't simply cut anywhere on the paper.
