Seems used!!! Have to give it a good wipe down before I can fully use it!! It came 5 days after I ordered it when it was supposed to be 2-3 days. It came in a box that says 8 in 1. Surprised I thought maybe they upgraded it since I was supposed to get it sooner then what I did. But once opening the box I realized that it was 5 in 1 which lead me to think that it was indeed in fact used and in a different box. Taking it out of the box I had to wipe dirt off. As you can see some dirt and some who knows what on the heat pad.

It took some time to learn how to use it but I love it
