Not sure why so many people had issues. Yes the instructions leave a lot to be desired but it’s just some poles and shelves. Just have to figure out which size poles you need to use together for your height, the top pole has an adjustable spring. We put ours in a tub to ceiling configuration but they give you enough poles for a floor to ceiling configuration as well. We obviously left out a pole because our tub takes up some of the height. Sturdy. Looks good. Won’t rust. Works great so far after months of use. Happy I bought it despite the negative reviews.

Love this shower caddy! It holds all of my shower supplies and I put it up and it has not budged. I had to look high and low for this because a lot of companies both in store and online wanted $30+ for a similar item. I did not need the extra pole and had to twist the tension pole as far as it will go but I was able to wedge it between the ceiling and tub and then pull on it and it wasn't going anywhere.

Poor instructions. Poorly fitted joints and it's too high. If I take one of the bars out, it's too low. Piece of trash. Now I'm going to try to make a return. I hate to think what that process will be like.

The item itself is exactly as described and, in particular, is good for higher ceilings, as described. I actually like the plastic trays (I think we will have fewer issues with rust) and having five of them is really handy. We have a couple of large-ish bottles on each tray and they are holding them with no problem. The only reason I gave this four stars is because the instructions are terrible. There were some serious moments of frustration before I figured out how to tighten down the extension rod so that I could make the pole the exact length that I needed. There's a little plastic piece on a plastic screw at the end of the extension rod and it needs to fit on the screw just so, so that that end can slip into the top rod and then, when you twist, the screw will move into the plastic piece, causing it to expand and tighten inside the rod, holding it all in place at whatever length you need. Additionally, the rubber rings that the shelves fit onto to hold them in place are thicker at the bottom. Once you notice that, it's obvious how they should go on, but if someone didn't notice that ahead of time, it would be very easy to put them all on and then realize that you need to take them all off and put them back on the right way. These are all things that should be mentioned in the directions but aren't. Bottom line, I would definitely recommend the item - for the price and the fact that it fits higher ceilings and has five shelves, it's a really good buy. Once you understand the mechanism, it's not hard to put together at all. Just be aware that the instructions are going to be no help at all.

The plastic is rust free. Might have to run through some trial and error, but once you have it, you're set! Not many bottles fit on the trays, but what I recommend is to put the first tray on the bottom of the pole and get a large bottle to measure the distance between trays

It went together OK until we trued ti install the top section, which would not lock in place. So we used a strong rubberband and that works just fine.

Easy installation, excellent storage for the corner of the shower with this 5-tier tension shower caddy. Shelves are self-draining and extremely easy to clean. For those who love the organization, like me, this is the perfect storage tool for all the tubs or showers in the house.

Originally I was hesitant to purchase a white shelf except I was tired of the metal ones rusting. I would maybe get 3-6 months out of them before they looked disgusting. This shelf is primarily plastic. It does not rust. Looks great and seems sturdier than most of the more expensive ones I purchased. Several months and still looking great.
