It seems like it's working when you put it on. But I didn't see any results.

I've wanted to get "Cool Sculpting" treatments but haven't because I'm sticking to a strict budget during this time of high gas prices and inflation. I'm SO stoked that I have the opportunity to try it at home with this Isavera Fat Freezing System.I saw that it arrived while I was called outta town at last minute. When I came home, chomping at the bit to try it but, as directed, I had to wait for the gel packs to freeze at least 24 hours before using it. I've strictly adhered to the manufacturer's instructions from that point on. FYI, while they're not included in the package, users go to the website to download/print the very detailed instructions, FAQs and tips, and a progress chart (pictured with product). The provided chart is not detailed enough for me, so I created my own. I was impressed by the documentation that IS provided with the kit and gives the user a thorough background and history of fat freezing processes and the development of this product.Also included are:- 3 Gel Packs- 1 Wrap (generously sized to fit most anyone and different body parts)- 1 Spiked Rubber Body Massager with handle that affords ease of use without hand fatigue, enclosed in its own cloth carry/storage bag- 1 Uniquely designed Tape Measure- 1 Fat Caliper with directions- 1 bottle of Anti-Cellulite/Massage Body LotionThe directions advise a gradual length of time testing of the product, starting with a 5-minute trial, so users can gauge their own individual experience and skin reaction to the process, working up to a 45-60-minute session. My "trial days" are over and today was my first full 45-minute treatment, followed by massaging with the provided lotion. I experienced no adverse reactions to either and I was quite comfy throughout the entire process. As directed, during the fat freezing session, every 5 minutes I put my hand inside the wrap to ensure that my skin was ok, then re-tightened the wrap around my abdomen (it loosens as the gel packs thaw).I did test the lotion when I first opened the box and I'm a fan. Its lightly scented (scent fades), made with excellent ingredients, absorbs well and fairly quickly and feels good on my skin. The provided massager is too hard and rough for my sensitive skin. In this instance, the literature does advise using one's hands or other massager. The purpose of the 1-2 minute after-treatment massage is to help break down the just-frozen fat cells, thus assisting the body's ability to flush them out of the system.Obviously, I can't yet attest to my fat loss experience because this process takes weeks before results are achieved. I do know people who have either gone to a spa or had treatments at home, either professionally or with a similar at-home product and they've all experienced successful results.Another great feature of the supporting literature and information provided with this Isavera system is that the user is advised to go slowly, doesn't receive promises of "pie-in-the-sky" results and has access to any further information and customer support that may be needed.While researching this treatment, I've seen testimonials, online and in the news, claiming skin damage and other health issues experienced by consumers. In an effort to prevent these kinds of experiences, this manufacturer offers warnings and advice for the user, including consulting with one's health care professionals before use, especially if the consumer has current health issues. (This really is a no-brainer for anyone seeking to begin any treatment or exercise program.)I'm very happy with this product that's offered at a great price point. It's a time and money saving method for me to undergo the procedure I've wanted, and in the comfort of my own home. Even though I consume a healthy diet, I'm recovering from injuries and issues that curtailed my customary active lifestyle and workout regimen. So I'm on a weight-loss and overall fitness journey, using my same well-balanced diet with an exercise and physical treatment plan that includes this Isavera system.I'm looking forward to seeing good results by my birthday in mid-September. This 8-week period is a reasonable time frame in which to expect some progress in the overall results I want to achieve with the use of this system.

I have tried different methods on fat cell freezing and its one of the most effective ways to shed off unwanted fat from specific parts of your body. In order to see a reduce visibility of fat you must wear the belt 60 minutes per day, three times per week as I have been doing. Note: for full results it takes 10-12 weeks for full visibility. For maximum results I massage the after after the application with my wooden tools.

I was curious so I read some of the other reviews before commenting. I usually avoid that to try and not bias my own evaluation. Here I think it will help. I may revisit this in a few months if it works well, but for now just some info and what you can do with what you have. For some of the reviewers this may be unworkable junk science, but the process was approved by the FDA in 2010. Some history here scientists researching frost bite noticed that fat cells freeze faster than other cells which are far more durable. That said one thing to use this right is to get your gel packs at the right temperature. The clinics typically use -14 C or 11 degrees F. While this is mostly safe, I'd keep with those parameters. If you go under or over those levels, you might risk damage or if too high it might not work at all.If you chill those to the right temperatures and use properly strapped on as directed this is likely to have a reasonable effect. It won't be as good as the commercial treatments, but it can do something. You won't notice it for several weeks but following the pan I think you'll see some success. Cautions on this recommend not using on loose skin, or major overweight people. It's recommended for under the chin, or arm flabby underarms. You should check with WebMD before purchase to see what conditions it's not recommended for. BTW those commercial treatments can cost 2000-4000, or more. Typical fat cell loss is 10-25 percent.Another thing to consider is that the diet and exercise are good, but part of the reason weight loss is not permanent is that fat cells get smaller as you lose pounds, but they typically don't just die off. At some point the body decided that they are too empty and overweight people feel compelled to eat, and often gain back more. This may help break loose a few diet weight loss plateaus. The Zon also sells what looks like the exact machines from the clinics. The difference is you can own the machine for less than one treatment plan from many of the clinics and do your own sculpting. Recommended.

I really like this product. Many manufacturers and sellers have a tendency to overstate the benefits. However, that is not the case this time because this product really worked for me. I have to give it my highest recommendation. Five stars!

Save some money and purchase some ice packs instead. These ice packs are the same as the blue flexible material ones. The difference is it's encased in a thick plastic so more cold can seep through. The maximum temperature it can hold is 20F. When you add the stomach wrap, the temperature will lower even more. Performing CoolSculpting outside will use temperatures from 11F.As expected, this won't work very well. The temperatures aren't high enough to do much. These DIY CoolSculpt fall in the same realm as AB machines.At the time of this review, they priced the product at nearly $100. It includes three ice packs, a waistband, measuring tape, a cheap plastic caliper, and massage cream. You can purchase all the items separately, and it would be cheaper.
