Bad Dream: A Dark Dream Prologue Novella

BAD DREAM is a DARK DREAM Prologue Novella. Bad Dream is the novella prequel to Dark Dream Duet. Dangerous Temptation Book #1 comes out on October 26th. This Novella gives us a chance to meet the main characters: Tiernan Morelli and Bianca Belcante. Tiernan is the boyfriend of Bianca's mother. He also has been a rose thorn stuck into her from the first day she met him. She thinks he is the devil himself. Her mom, however, knows he is so rich and thinks he is the answer to all their problems. Bianca is the responsible one in their small family. She has the care of her 7 year old younger brother. Brandon had been diagnosed with epilepsy when he was a toddler. Bianca works at a diner while attending high school & getting good grades with dreams of getting a scholarship. She wants to be able to have enough money to pay for her brother's medical expenses. Her mother's plans of having Tiernan move them to New York to live with him, and take care of them, seems to be working. Fate throws a tragic stop to her plans. Yet it is Bianca that reaches out to Tiernan. She still can't stand him, but will do anything for her brother. This is an introduction to the Dark Dream Duet & I am anxiously awaiting the release of Dangerous Temptation.

This novella has a satisfactory ending, not a cliffhanger. No editing errors, gratuitous violence or drag-you-down drama.Intriguing storyline with descriptive, emotional writing that draws the reader into each scene. Flexible procedures, actions and reactions. Believable dialogue and characters with distinct personalities.No desire to re-read this story. I am interested in other works by this author.

This prequel novella provides a tempting peek and taunting taste of the Dark Dream Duet (Dangerous Temptation, book 1 releases on October 26th!). I suspected that Bianca and Tiernan's story would be dark and twisty, filled with raw emotion and intense drama and fueled by lots of sizzle and sparks and reading this book only solidified that for me. I'm super excited to read this duet, if a tiny bit unsettled by one detail that was revealed here. I'm already really loving the characters. Bianca has a huge heart and a spicy spunkiness and Tiernan is a brutal edged, puppet master that's the type that will have you desperately in need an ice cold drink and the patience of a saint to stop yourself from wanting to slap him. You can certainly feel the simmering chemistry between these two and I can't wait for it to go BOOM!

This is the prologue novella to Dangerous Temptation by Giana Darling. Giana had never let me down 👇👎 in the books 📚📖 that I have read that she has written. We even get some of the characters from other series. Elena Lombardi is Tiernan Morelli's lawyer. Tiernan is Aida Belcante's boyfriend but Bianca Laney Belcante and Brando Belcante's father is a Constantine because Aida was his mistress. So it is Aida, Bianca and Brando are only family they have. There father took care of them until he died. So her mother parades rich 🤑 men through the house 🏘️ to help take care of them and for companionship. Tiernan Morelli is the third brother of four with eight siblings. His brother Lucian ran the family business Morelli Holdings and his next oldest brother Leo ran his own subsidiary in Real Estate. Then there's Tiernan is which means Lord is the Ruler of the NYC underbelly and his family tolerates him. His parents are Bryant and Sarah Morelli. Bianca Belcante is 17 years old and is in her Senior year of high school. She works at a diner to help the household and she manages to keep a straight A average in school. Her seven year old brother suffers from seizures. So this is an introduction to the characters that will be in Dangerous Temptation, seems like it's going to be "Very Interesting". A good short read.

A quick but deep and emotional read, this is the introduction to Tiernan and Bianca and their series, beginning with Dark Temptation. If you've been reading and following the Dangerous Press Dark Fairytale retellings, then you will be familiar with the world of the Morellis and Constantines. In this novella, you meet Bianca, her mom and her brother, and while I don't want to give too much away, this quick read will very nicely set up the introduction into their world. I already really like the two main characters, and I am ready to read Dark Temptation! The sparks will fly!!It is not necessary to read any of the other retellings to read this series, but I highly recommend as they are all pretty great!

This short story quickly got my attention, and made me mark on my calendar the release day for the first book in this series. This novella got my attention in minutes and left my wanting for more. I was so intrigued by the characters, the idea of the story and the action in it. The storyline is descriptive, with emotional and distinct characters, every one of them unique in their own way, the writing and the storytelling that draws the reader and makes him want more with every scene. I already like the characters and I can’t wait for the first book in this duet. I am so excited to read more about them, to learn about them and to lose myself in the story. The main characters already have a love-hate relationship and a chemistry out of this world. I am curious about the first book in this series, I have so many questions that need answers and a can’t wait to finally get my hands on the book. I am looking forward the release day.

I am so excited for Giana to write in this world with this story. Age gap/forbidden is my most favourite and Giana is one of my favourite authors to write this troupe.Bianca meets the dark and dangerous Tiernan when he turns up to date her mother. Tragically, her mother dies and the only person she can ask for help is Tiernan.I loved Bianca and the sass that came from her, although threatened and intimidated by Tiernan she was able to hold her own and I can’t wait for her to bring this dark, hard and mysterious hero to his knees!Bianca and Tiernan’s interactions were threatening, taunting and simmered just right to set the tension between them.Asking for Tiernan’s help comes at a price and Bianca is soon to find out how when ‘Dangerous Temptation’ is released later this month! I need it now!This novella was enough to get my interest, it was mysterious, teasing and I’m desperate for more.

This makes me so excited for the release of dangerous temptation ! This insight to where it all began with tiernan and bianca is just so full of secrets and hate leaves me desperate for more! Tiernan comes across like an ass so i cant wait to see if he makes me change my mind in dangerous temptation (who am i kidding he will im a sucker for these mean alphas lol!) Bianca comes across like she will stand up for herself so i cant wait for more of her i can already tell im going to really like her

...talk about leaving you hanging!! And having no idea how it's going turn around!There's no denying that Tiernan is as self-absorbed as they come with a darkness that makes me question if he can be redeemed - and also because he was with Bianca's mum! 🤢As for Bianca, she's had to be the parent to a 7year old because her mum was to busy trying to find a man to take care of them (women like that anger me!) and now she's left with nowhere else to turn, apart from to Tiernan....An excellent teaser!

4/5⭐️A great novella prequel for one of my most anticipated duets of the year! Introduced our core characters and gave a great insight into some of key motivations and direction of the plot. I can already tell the enemies to lovers tension between Bianca and Tiernan will be exquisite.Also, if you’ve read the anti heroes in love duet - you’ll be pleased with a little cameo of our favourite lawyer ;)

This prequel Novella gives you a taste, a hint, of what's to come from the rest of the series. Having dipped my toe into the Midnight Dynasty world I'm excited to see what's to come from the Morelli side of the divide. 4.5 stars.
