Amazing product
We have bad water and with a new kettle we can boil it once the water turns white and starts to scale the kettle up from the start. We now use zerowater and irs amazing it takes out all the rubbish in the water. No scale in the kettle after months of usage We fill the water dispensed in the fridge with the water from this and the drinks taste great. Tra and coffee tastes like it should and no scale or ru bish in the coffee. It took our water from rubbish to perfect and now I can drink it. We even put bottled water through this system the filters are the same price as britta but 1000% better. We have a britta on the tap and it only just stops the impurities where as zerowater stops it all.

Shocked at the results
Had to write a review as I was shocked at my findings. After setting up the product I tested my tap water, 275 which comes out as high contamination. Out of interest I test my usual water filter (not Britta) and although I’d only just changed the cartridge it came out as 272. This is where I’m shocked. All the money that I’d spent on cartridges was a waste of money.Yes the water comes down slowly in the Zero water but to remove all the impurities then it has to. Tested the water and 000. Had to test it 3 times and was nervous about testing in case I’d wasted my money.I know the cartridges are expensive but it saves me to not waste my money on other makes.

Avoid! Run away! Very poor product!
The jug itself looks ok, and goes together just fine, it's the filters that are the problem. The filter that came with it started going wrong after about 20ltrs. The water started to smell bad and tasted foul. Luckily i'd purchased a two pack of spare filters, so i replaced that filter with one of the spares i'd bought. In the meantime the seller begrudgingly replaced the original filter by informing me it was a good will gesture. Really!?After about 20ltrs of use the spare i fitted stopped filtering any water whatsoever so that was a waste of time and money. I replaced filter no.2 with the replacement filter the seller sent me. I took it out of the packaging and it was wet. The seller sent me a used filter which was totally out of order, they are meant to be bone dry. At this point i've had enough and today requested a refund. The idea of this product is great but the quality and operation is awful. Please don't waste your money on this, you'll be so dissapointed if you do.

Very impressed after just one day using this
I only have had this filter system one day, and already I've noticed the difference it's had on my drinking water and beverages made from the filtered water.Such a difference I never expected, so am utterly surprised and happy combined.I only heard about this system from a YouTube comment, of all places, and decided to get one for myself, to see what all the praise was about, and am now a happy convert after just one day of its arrival. The water tastes different, and my beverages taste so much different than usual after using filtered water, that I am already falling in love with coffee/tea/water all over again.Follow the preparations included in with the filter system before using it, and then just wait for the filter to do its work, and enjoy the outcome.SO much better than most other filter systems I've tried on the market, and you even get a meter with the set, to measure just how much it's taken out of tap water, which was a shock when I saw just how many things have been added to the water supply where I live. Also, the colour of the filtered water is much clearer, it smells nicer, and tastes better, which was also a shock.I love this filter system already, and would recommend everyone to get one who wants to improve their water/beverage drinking experience.

Easy to use, definitely works but the filters don't last more than 3 weeks
This water filter is great. User friendly, we have had no issues with leaking at all. The filter certainly works however the filters don't last more than three weeks! And they are very expensive to replace. I know you are supposed to replace the filters frequently but it is definitely worth noting the cost implication if you do purchase this filter system.

Does what it says but...
The filter removes all the TDS from the water but the water tastes funny - has a sharp sensation and a bit warm. At first I thought it was just soap residue so I washed it again and rinsed even more thoroughly. No change. I tried 2 of the filters this came with and they both exhibit the same results so I suspect the filters are bad. I've used Zero water filters for some time and never has the water tasted like this.

ZeroWater 5.4 litres
The media could not be loaded. Firstly, I love it and now I have peace of mind drinking pure water. Since I've been in the UK it's been bottled water only. When I got this deepwater filter dispenser and the testing machine, I tested my bottle water which read 100 TDS, our tap water reading is so bad it read 335 TDS and this filtered water was so pure it read 000 TDS. But my only problem now is that the filter doesn’t last long for me cos of the state of our tap water. The maximum is 12 days and the taste goes sour. We drink water a lot. It’s not the fault of the zero filter though.

One of the best filtration systems at this price.
I keep mine in my fridge to have a constant supply of fresh water available at all times. I don’t like bottled water due to the plastics involved and having no control over the contents, so this makes sense for me. The only issue with such a competent filtration system is that it’ll remove a lot of beneficial minerals too, so I remineralise my water once it’s filtered. I’m still on my first filter many months and hundreds of refills later, but I’m starting with a good water source that’s under 40ppm anyway, your filter millage may vary depending on your current water quality. Definitely recommend. It’s paid for itself over and over again with what I’m saving on bottled water.Update: I’ve been using this filter for the last 8 months on a daily basis, topping it up a couple of times a day. It’s still showing 0ppm and tastes great on the first filter! I’m filtering down Scottish water though that’s starting off around 30-40ppm but I’m shocked at how long the filers have lasted me. If you have decent quality water to start with, these things seem to keep on going!

Makes great tasting water!
The media could not be loaded. I have the Zero Water 30 cup dispenser. This is a very effective purified water dispenser. It's easy to fill from the top, it's very sturdy, it is easy to clean, and most importantly, the water tastes like delicious water! It dispenses water in a bold, generous stream so it doesn't take forever to fill a glass. It comes with a water tester . Every time I tested the water it measured zero parts per million, which I found hard to believe. I've brought the Zero Water container to two different locations, using two different types of city water and it always measured zero! I use another water tester from a different manufacturer, it gives a slightly higher reading, such as five parts per million (which is still ideal drinking water). I can tell when it's time to change filters as there's a different flavor to the water. The 5 stage filter is pricey but for good reason...it works! I moved up from a smaller model, to the 30 cup model. To carry it back and forth to a sink can be cumbersome, there is no handle or built in grip. I use a large pitcher to refill. The larger the container, the less you have to fill. Buy extra filters so you never have to be without Zero Water!

Almost distilled water !
Water will come out with a 0EC. I really can't understand how they archived this goal but it's really working! Pleas, remember that's not healthy to drink this kind of water so cut it with some from the tap. I've bought it mostly for my coffee prep and it's incredible!

Filter 30days
Ok,So in order to extend filter i first cook water, let it cool over night, then use britta to filter the white dust in water and then filter it with zero.Like that i managed 30days until i hit with a tester 006.So hope this will save you some money.

Bien
