The language
This has nothing to do with the product.We're dealing with a company that speaks Italian. First, all four sides of the box are in Italian. Second, the little pamphlet inside provides a QR code to get the recipe which goes to some website in Italian that you cannot pass without understanding the language. Third, a website is also provided in lieu of the QR code that is also in Italian. Granted, although it allows you to change to English, there is no path to providing the QR code or recipe. What I did find out is that the company that actually sells this product is Kekekes or Bakedeco.com. Due to the time difference and late at night, there is a number to call back east to query a resolution for this product. All the aforementioned is why I rated this a '1-star.'

Not the best packaging, but love the mold
So the product itself seems to be not damages, but the box was all messed up.Good thing it was not a gift.The mold is perfect, my issue is with packaging/shipping.
