I make sushi so I use this item and it always works. I guess you can say it fresh. The size is right for full sheet and it rolls up nicely. It always taste good twice roasted is good and the price is good also. So I always get this brand and it never lets me down.

Great price for 100 full sheets. These seaweed sheets taste great and there are not many sheets that are broken as often happens when you buy 100 sheet quantities.

Great value for the number of sheets you get, and the quality doesn't drop at all at this price. The sheets hold together really nicely and the flavor is nice and clean with a roasted taste to it. It also tears nicely when folded in half which is pretty convenient lol. It's perfect for making sushi or rice balls, or for tearing into quarters and adding some sea salt for seaweed sheet snacks much cheaper than the store bought ones. This bag will last me quite a while, but I'll be repurchasing this brand when I do eventually need to get more!

The sheets were very easy to work with while rolling sushi. They have a nice texture and hold together well without tearing apart, though not as crisp as restaurant. Overall, a solid choice!!

I bought these to make other foods with, but ended up nibbling the sheets by themselves.
