I use this product regularity. It really helps for generally feeling better when feeling lousy and addressing sinus and stuffiness. It tastes fine and is super easy and quick acting.

It works well but don't expect it to taste great. It goes down better if you mix it with something else. It got me over the worst symptoms of my cold.

Use these for every cold and they always work great! The taste is less than pleasant but I’ve learned to use just the smallest amount of water with them. Would recommend!
