The media could not be loaded. Amazons delivery guy was very thoughtful and professional. It was very easy to assemble and took about 20 minutes.I didn’t put up the design covers on the sides but I might in the future. The Manual was helpful. Somewhat lightweight treadmill, easy to move around but it doesn’t fold.My Collie got on it and wasn’t afraid of the noise so that’s great. Motor runs smooth and quiet. When he walks on it there’s the standard belt sound. It took some constant coaxing to keep him on and not fall off but that’s to be expected.The length of the belt is nice for small/medium dogs. With his size gait (collie/retriever/chow mix) , down the road I might buy the large size but this is great before the new year to get him working out and to help him lose weight to help his arthritis.Having his harness attached to the bar really helped keep him stable and so he wouldn’t just exit the treadmill. I used a dog seatbelt extension with a large clip on it to attach his harness to the overhead bar to keep him in place.If you think of taking off the plastic guard for more belt room, don’t do it. You only get one more inch and then the wires are exposed.I will need to come up with another way to get his body pushed forward so his head extends past the bar - that way his entire body stays on the treadmill the entire time.Front rollers can be taken off to make the treadmill flat instead of inclined.Giving treats gave a very nice incentive to keep him going.He walked 3 minutes, 5 minutes, then 15.55 minutes today on his first day so I think he’s spent! The time went by fast 💨 as I recorded each time.He Seems happy and is lying down snoring right now!Very glad I bought this! Highly recommend for bored, overweight, arthritic dogs or just for dogs needing to use up some pent up energy.Really helps when you don’t want to walk them due to bad weather or when it’s late at night etc.Highly Impressed !!!UPDATE 2/2025I ended up buying the dog pacer 3.1 a couple weeks later, because the length was so much longer for my dog. It is about 76 inches compared to about 46 inches. He’s doing really well walking an hour to 1.5 hrs a day to lose weight and improve his arthritis.Both of these are really good machines. If you have a small to medium size dog that’s not very long, This should be fine, but if you have a dog that needs lots of walking room I highly recommend The dog pacer 3.1.I do have to say the manufacturer was really awesome about fast shipping, great product ( just too small for us) returning this treadmill was easy as they had ups come pick up the box and refunded my full amount. So if I ever get a small dog, I’ll definitely consider purchasing this one again.

We have a very, very active Wired Haird Fox Terrier and he gets bored in the winter time. When he gets bored, we all suffer because he goes on your last nerve. For Christmas, someone brought him a Treadmill, and he loves it. First it was very well packaged, everything was there and in perfect condition, way to go. The install was very easy, simple and quick. The machine is easy to understand and use, which makes it fun. Our dog was very comfortable with using it, and after that first time or two where we took it very easy, he was off running. We only do 10 min at a time for now, but he is constantly upping the speed, and we will also up the time. Could not be happier and would strongly r4ecomend this treadmill.

The treadmill is well made, but the side screens attachment is a little flimsy. It has a large selection of pre-set exercise programs and has an easy to follow interface. I have a Belgian Malinois that I would consider a medium-size breed. While he is well under the weight requirement, his gate is too long. Any speed over 1.5 mph and his hind legs drop off the end of the belt. I will sell this item and get a large-bread dog treadmill. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with this one.

The media could not be loaded. At first he wasn’t sure about the belt so we kept it slow. After only a few days he goes up there on his own now and walks without a the leash hooked up. He likes walking on it.For consumer review: The setup was easy, I like how you can adjust the incline, the controls are straight forward. Overall a great product for my dog.I wish the wheels faced the other direction to allow me to cart it around better. Be careful holding the speed buttons while changing the speed. It will increase or decrease rapidly

We got this today and here we are already troubleshooting the console piece. Now we have to pack it up and send it back. More waste of time.It shows Err message despite us trying to follow everything on the manual.Also very cheap built!The return is a hassle, it's heavy, too much packaging and little pieces.More than an hour wasted of my life.

This is very well made. The walkable part of the belt is approximately 36 in long and 14 in wide. The area is about 18 in wide from side to side. I'm very happy with my purchase. It arrived intact, and packaged very well. It's easy to put together and portable. Those two things were important to me .There is a helpful video here on Amazon, but it is intuitive. It also came with extra velcro tabs and straps if needed. And two sets of guide cloths, a black set and a blue set .My dogs are 40 lb border collie Pitbull mix and a 60 lb boxer. My intent was to get it for the border collie mix But I'm happy to know that my boxer can use it too. Border collie mix needs a lot of activity and the weather just has not been cooperating. Both of my dogs are afraid of sounds and this is very very quiet.

This is a great treadmill for a smallish dog. Our pup 12.5 pounds, runs twenty minutes every afternoon on it, she does this willingly. She gets walks, but its not enough exercise for her and this is the perfect exercise supplement for her. Its also very useful when its raining or when its just too hot to walk outside. This is easy to use, runs very smoothly and is quiet. Its only four feet long so does not take a lot of space. Mine arrived with two plastic trim pieces missing. Contacted the manufacturer and they promptly sent the missing pieces.
