I have coarse black hair. I'll use this about 2x a week. Saw the quickest results on my legs probably after 4-6 uses. After about 6 weeks armpits were showing reduction of hair. After 13 weeks bikini line is somewhat thinning and showing reduction of hair.I got this mid May and it is now almost October. For awhile several weeks now I could go without shaving my legs, though there is still some stray hairs there. Keep in mind though, I never really had much hair on my legs to being with. My armpit hair has been greatly reduced and grows a little bit slower than before. My bikini line hair has reduced more in certain areas than others. It's taken longer to see more significant results, but the IPL machine does seem to be slowly doing the job there as well.

Went to use this appliance yesterday and it is completely dead. No lights, no anything. I thought it was my power outlet, but nope. The machine is no longer working. Bummed because as stated before, it did notice a difference. :/

So I had this product for some time now and I wanted to test it out before I write a review on it. When I first tried it out, it was with the instructions of shaving and then using the IPL removal. At first, it didn't seem like I had any significant results, and hair from my underarms was still growing at a normal rate.Even after two months of use, it still gave the same results.Now I had always waxed prior to buying this product. Though it does not advise to shave beforehand, I figured why not since I have stubborn hair.On first use, after exfoliating, waxing, and then the IPL treatment, almost 40% of my hair came back and the rest took two weeks to even start showing. I was impressed! After a month, I almost have no hair growth and my underarm feels smooth. Would I recommend this type of treatment for everyone? Not necessarily. It just depends on the hair type, mine were thick and stubborn and constantly grow back after a couple of days.Would recommend this to a friend! Saved a bunch of money from buying shaves and now I don't even have to wax!

I was skeptical of this product but I swear after 2 weeks of using it, I already notice my skin feels smoother.I am exclusively using this on my lip and chin area because that is what I am the most self conscious about and it is working great. There are a lot of mixed reviews about whether you should shave right before using it or shave then wait a few days so I will give my 2 cents on what worked for me. I shaved my face before the first treatment (which was a bit scary) and then started off at level 1 because I was afraid it would hurt and increased a step until I maxed out at level 5 with little to no pain. Occasionally I would hit a spot that I missed when shaving and it would have a little zing but it went away quickly. I use this about every 2 to 3 days so I have not shaved since the first time. I feel like the hair hasn't grown that much in the short period and this way if the reviews are right about needing it to grow out a small amount, I am doing that. It seems to be working!As for a few comments that I have seen related to the fact that the count seems off. I do agree with this. Sometimes you push the button once and it decreases the "zaps" left by 1 and sometimes its by like 5. No idea why BUT what I think some people fail to understand is the magnitude of the number of zaps you get. I have used this about 6 times now and have reduced my total count by about 500. If you put that into perspective of time and say you did one zap a second, it would take about 8 minutes to do 500 zaps. Now if you say you did 1 zap a second for the total 999900 zaps it gives, it would take about 16665 minutes which is the same as almost 278 hours or 11.5 days. So yes, your counter may skip a few numbers but I really don't think it is going to cut down on the overall lifespan of the machine by that much.I realize I am only 2 weeks into using this and will update my review if anything changes, but as a woman who has always struggled with unwanted facial hair that grows very quickly, I am extremely happy with this product so far.

The remover has a better quality feel than I expected for the price. I haven't been consistent with use yet but the hairs on my legs sileem to be coming back thinner than before. Good value for the price.

I was really nervous at first to buy this because i was scared it wouldn't work and it would hurt. But it turns out this is super easy to use and it actually works! You have to be consistent with use..it took about 4 weeks for me to see good progress, but now I'm happy I invested in this!

I love this device. Easy to use and you can see the results. I have 2 of these as two different people in my house use them and I’ll buy a third! You can tell they didn’t spend a lot of time on the packaging, but, the product is superb.
