Fantastic New Features
This review is coming from a professional sports and media photographer who used to be an avid Adobe user (Lightroom & Photoshop) until I decided I was tired of paying to use their software month after month, and I switched to Capture One. I have been hearing good things about the new Lightroom and Photoshop (which I use for corrections that Lightroom/Capture One can’t quite get right), so I decided to give them both a try. I started a new Adobe account which failed the first try despite the computer I was installing it on never having Adobe software on it. I tried a 2nd time and it went through and linked the 2 applications. The download was uneventful; both LR & PS installed without any errors. Getting back to using LR after using Capture One for 4+ years was relatively easy. Same keyboard shortcuts I remember from the past. Same screen layout, just a lot more options - plus all new AI functions. As a sports photographer often working under poor lighting conditions (sometimes ISO 25,600), I found Lightroom’s AI denoise feature to be amazing. It removed the noise and kept the detail in 90% of the images I ran through it. My test files included indoor basketball, night lacrosse under not so great stadium lights, golf under full sun at the beginning to overcast and setting sun at the 18th hole, along with daytime images of baseball, soccer, softball, swimming, diving, water polo and wrestling under the worst possible lighting. I only needed to use Manual Noise Reduction on 3 of my 127 test images). I also found in the DEVELOP section, the Auto Correct function worked on 112 of the test photos. A few wrestling images and a few water polo under pool lights didn’t work out so well, but I was easily able to manually change the color balance. All of the other corrections I use on a regular basis (Exposure, Contract, Highlights, Shadows, Whites, Blacks, Texture, Clarity, Dehaze, Vibrance & Saturation), haven’t changed and worked as expected. One additional correction I really found useful was the Lens Blur. Simply clicking the APPLY button and the type of blur you want does a great job. There are also options to choose the focus range and depth but I only played with them to see the difference. The AI did a great job selecting the main subject and the background. Now, here is where I had a little issue. When corrections are done using AI tools, the export times are extremely long. It seems the AI Denoise has the largest increase in time while the Lens Blur did add some time when used alone, but using both it was painful exporting 127 images. I walked away from the computer and returned 30 minutes later and it still had not finished. So, any of the AI features will slow things down it seems. When combined with Photoshop, I do like that a single click in Lightroom will take the image to Photoshop. Nice and easy, quick editing and back to LR. None of the test images I used needed editing outside of LR, which is good, I was impressed it could handle them. I did take a few into PS to play with them and see how the new version works. I know everyone says PS is the industry standard, but I didn’t find enough in it that would convince me to pay $20/month for both applications. For now I will stick with Capture One and ON1 for my editing needs. But, I am impressed with the updates Adobe has made over the past few years. So, I would say if you are a Pro Photographer and use LR & PS, or has used it in the past, it is worth checking out again. I think you will be amazed what it can do.

Doesn’t work!
Was unable to activate the plan using this. Total waste of time and money and it was supposed to be a gift. Don’t buy from this seller.

Amazing Software Package
I've used Adobe for many, many years and I am always very pleased with the quality of the software and the ability that you have to edit and create new creations with images. This one is it. Beats all the rest. This is the best one they have put out yet. The terabyte of storage is tremendous. I love the fact that I can create unlimited amounts of digital products without having to worry about storage because I've got a full terabyte and I have it for a whole year. I'm really excited and can't wait to dig deeper.

Adobe is a Total Rip-Off Money Maker Scam
Total rip-off. Does not include Photoshop and Lightroom. You have to pay extra for them. Everything is a trial only. You only get 2 AI per day. To buy everything this program claim to have would be over thousands of dollars per year. Everything in this program you have to buy extra to use.

Software is to die for
It’s an amazing editing software I’ve ever seen. I love it and it makes it so fast and easy to make. I use it as an influencer and for social media posts.

Good value but odd subscription and account management
As an existing subscriber of the Lightroom only plan looking to upgrade for Photoshop, I purchased this plan. The description was not clear on how it would change my existing subscription. This is my experience… After completing the order in Amazon, the new subscription starts right away. There is no product key or option to activate later. Amazon has a page to manage the subscription to link to your existing Adobe email or cancel the subscription. Once you link your Adobe account, this creates a new plan in addition to your existing plan. So my Adobe account has both the Lightroom plan that renews monthly and this new Photography plan that renews annually. My cloud storage also went up to 2TB. I cancelled my existing monthly Lightroom plan, which is not prorated or refundable. It’s active for two more weeks but there’s no benefit since the new Photography plan has all the same features. I lose out on what I paid for. I assume upon the final cancellation date my storage will go back to 1TB. If you were already on the Photography plan, I’m not sure if this would extend your existing subscription or create a 2nd photography plan. But as someone who had the Lightroom only plan this created a new plan. This worked out OK for me since I was upgrading plans anyway but know what you’re getting into. Overall the purchasing and linking experience was easy and trouble free but the way the subscription is handled is odd and not consumer friendly. I was hoping for a product key I could punch into Adobe’s site to start the subscription.
