These heel supports were recommend to me by my podiatrist. After having a bone spur from jogging he recommended these as part of my therapy. These did the job with wearing shoes. I don’t use them for sneakers. These are not the gel types. These are designed to keep the heel lifted on a slight angle. There’s other brands cheaper but keep in mind you get what you pay for. Give these a try.

Went to a podiatrist for Achilles issues. X-rays showed calcification. Expected him to recommend purchase of custom orthotics. Instead he said “trust me” and to order these lifts. Along with physical therapy. But can tell they make a significant difference. Later, a tennis friend told me he had just gone to a orthopedist and X-rays showed he had similar calcification. Doctor gave him a prescription for custom orthotics. Told him about these lifts. He ordered them and also said they made a significant difference. May not look like they can make a difference but they do.

They stay put were you place them. Good quality.

I bought this product for Achilles Tendonitis. The levels of padding are fine, but I do not like the way the product fits in my Brooks shoes. At times, I feel more relief when I do not have the product in my shoes.

The heel support works well because of the heavy lift material Most heel products are made of gel or soft material so don't really lift the heel. This is perfect for my achilles which becomes very painful if it is stretched to much since I have bone spurs where it attaches to my heel.
