How to increase sensivity, i have to press, this doesnt feel right, help.

I have not had this problem. However, I think the gold one is slightly less sensitive. I have both colored and I usually choose the black. Hope this helps!

Does this pen allow me to attach it to the back of my tablet magnetically?

Yes, the S7 pen can be attached to the back.
