First time Ive used these. Used on a marathon and on shorter runs but longer than 10miles for example. Tastes fine and refreshing, doesnt clag up your throat. Recommend

Tastes like a tube of toothpaste but does the trick!
Be warned as others have stated, that this particular flavour of gel does have an overpowering bitter mint flavour which contrasts with the sickly sweetness of other energy gels. However, it does the trick in terms of boosting performance and has helped me during my recent running races.

Awesome gel, unless you don't like mint :)
I really like these, they're pretty intense but I find them quite refreshing on long days out in the saddle. Decent amount of caffeine in them gives a good hit as well.Really recommend as an alternative to the usual SIS stuff.If you don't like mint, you will despise these.

Great product! Easy to consume on my trail run, not too thick at all. I like the fact that they contain everything you need on a long sweaty trail run. The mint flavour was more refreshing than I thought it would be, Definitely will buy again.

Quite a runny gel. High calorie content. Quite an intense flavour and sits well in the stomach. Will buy again

Works a treat
I have suffered for long times with stomach issues, and all the gels I have tried before went right through me, however these have been a true revelation to me. I would recommend them fully. The only obvious downside is they are very minty, so if you don't like mint these these are not for you

Yuck
Love Kendal Mint Cake, Hate these gels. It tastes like a foul mouthwash or you have drunk toothpaste with a thicker consistency. Sorry, I really wanted to like these but I've gone back to Haribo for my ride fuel..Kendal Mint Cake for hiking..Got the energy kick as you'd expect but didn't enjoy the process at all.
