Spray with water and iron them out with steam option on the on position. If that fails, sew the opposite sides of the cover underneath, pulling the three tight.

If my board measusres 15x54, Do I order 15x54 size cover or larger one?

I suggest you order the 15 x 54. I incorrectly ordered the larger one, and had to adapt it to fit. Duct tape works great! If the 15 x 54 is too short, return it and order the longer one. Hope that helps.
