Does the chalk have a magnetic plate on the underside for a chalk holder?

No it does not have a magnetic base, you just get the V10 chalk ( which is brilliant chalk )

Is his real or an immitation

As far as I can tell it is the real stuff. It covers the tip, single leather type easily, grips really well and is very clean leaving no marks on the cue ball and rarely on the cloth.

Apart from the colour, is there any difference from the 2.0 version I already use???

The V10 seems softer, covers the tip so much easier than the 2.0, the grip is much better also

does this come with the single box.

No box unfortunately. The one I received was wrapped in a piece of cardboard and bubble wrap. I was a little disappointed but having said that, the chalk was in perfect condition. I hope that helps.
