Nice System; App doesn't work
Bought this largely because it comes with an app and allows remote control. However, the app doesn't work. Can't even create an account. And support doesn't respond to any emails. I thought about returning it, but its already installed and its working, so fine.Overall, it's a nice system and it works fine, but if you're buying it for the app and remote control, don't bother.

Not enough Android support. Your phone is most likely not supported.
They should make a point of saying that this only works with some Nexus phones and no other Android phones. So none of the Samsung phones are supported.

The controller leaks.
The controller has a very low depth screw area and leaks. There is no space to add a washer or plumbers tape to stop the leak. I could not get it to work on a timing or schedule..In all fairness vendor tried to send me a replacement which had the same issues. I missed the return date by 2 days and am stuck with useless product. I would not buy it again and would gladly return it to the vendor if I have a chance.

Wish the system could be controlled from long distances like miles away

Could not connect with device.
I have not been able to connect this rain controller to my phone. I tried to download the app multiple times and tried every alpha numeric code on the box. I emailed the company and got no response.

Very impressive excellent product
I'm a landscaper and I bought this timer for my house to setup some drip irrigation for some hanging baskets. Easy to set up and works great. Love the smartphone access. I plan on buying some for my customers. Can't beat the price!

The Software App is the worst!
The Software App is the worst and try to call support all you get is voice mail, cannot create an account or add the device to my account. Very frustrating buy something else!
