Dr recommended this particular brand for my dry eyes. It arrived early this morning so I decided to get right to using it! It took 20 seconds in the microwave (per the instructions) and it was plenty hot enough. It started to cool down some after about 10 which was fine as that is how long they recommend wearing it. I do like that it is adjustable as my eyes are more close together. It definitely opened up the oil glands as my eyelids did feel a bit “greasier”. It came with two eyeshields and two cleansing wipes. Definitely would recommend.

Easy to use, follow the directions, for microwaving. You can ruin it if you microwave it too long. To increase the moisture to your eye warm/hot water on a 2 layers of paper towel and place on your eyes under the eye compress. Make sure both temperatures are not too hot. It works really well, excellent product.

My opthomologist recommended this mask specifically. I had been using a warm compress using just a wet washcloth. Very inefficient. It just cooled off so fast it didn't do much. This mask is awesome! You can adjust the velcro strap around your head to make it just the right size and amount of pressure to really snuggle in securely against your eyes. Each eye pad also adjusts individually, so you can fully customize the fit. Comes with very clear instructions and a plastic envelope. It's very effective, comfortable, and well worth the money. Highly recommend.

My eye doctor suggested I get this as part of a treatment for my dry eyes. I couldn't imagine how this could possibly help my eyes. WoW. It is so very soothing and my eyes really felt good after using this. I got the double one, as I need it for both eyes. I put it in the microwave for 20 seconds. It gets hot and lasts about 10-15 minutes. Your eyes can get very sticky or gunky after using this, but that just shows how clogged your tear ducts are. I would think that would stop once you are farther into the treatment. I am quite happy with this purchase.

These are great if you have bletharitis. In addition, it's amazingly relaxing. I tend to use them about once a week now that it seems to be under control. I've washed them with a tiny bit of baby shampoo, rinsing well. Nice and clean and heated up nicely after letting them thoroughly dry.

It is an excellent product helps u the tear duct function and relaxes the eyes. Lot of cheaper options available but the cost is worth the quality. I have been using this for over a month now and am satisfied with the product

Unfortunately the quality of this product has decreased dramatically. It's now smaller and the beads don't keep the heat the way they used. I would not recommend it...

The eye compress retains heat well for 10 minutes. Very comfortable and temperature is just right for the eyes. Only thing is that because I have a smaller face, both eyepieces cannot sit perfectly well, slightly slides off on one side. It does work, and I've been using it for about 2 weeks now. Hoping the blepharitis clears soon!
