Trijicon AC31022 MRO Cover Clear, Flat Dark Earth

I received this cover for my MRO, and found the fit to be very poor. It just wasn't snug enough on the sight, and the cover interfered with operating the brightness adjustment knob.I contacted Trijicon and received a replacement cover from them. The replacement cover fit perfectlyI own three of these covers- two in black, one in FDE. All three fit perfectly and do a good job offering extra protection for the sight.

Fit and finish are outstanding. Perfect fit for a standard MRO, just pay attention to the instructions when doing the install. Because it's so snug, it's a little tricky on the install, but manageable. Once the cover is on, lenses were no problem to place in the caps. Perfect addition to the MRO to keep stuff off the glass. Adjustment turrets and brightness knob are all easily accessed.

I bought an FDE one and a Black one from a 3rd party seller and the black one was perfect but the FDE one just felt a little loose, I decided to buy another one but from Amazon this time and well that one was even worse that the other FDE one. It seemed to be semi melted. Not sure what Trijicon is doing different with the FDE ones since they seem to be having an issue. Other than that the cover is really nice.

Not sure what all of the negative reviews are for, great product. Cover fits fine and protects the MRO. It's also one of the only products I've seen that has a rear lens cover.

This is just like the one sold by the manufacture just a lot less cost. It's really hard too put on. We found if you warm it up and make sure you have it facing the correct way it does go on. It's very tight!

Fits well and the caps close and lock together. The color is more of a light sand than a true FDE though. Looks pretty cool, and if you user this for airsoft if will protect the lens from getting shot out. It was really easy to get (a real MRO), not sure why others say it was floppy or too tight.

read the instructions on how to put it on, and it helps to have it on a mount so you have more grab. Mine came snug. The plastic inserts come "out", so you don't have to worry about mauling them during install, but installing them in the cups takes some doing. I recommend using a plastic shim, a good one to get it hooked around all easy. Your fingertips will take a beating putting this on, but not too bad.
