This unit is absolutely 💯 fantastic, and easy to use. The remote control allows for the unit to be moved up and down. It also has a very good light and strong fans if required. I have the unit mounted on a ceiling over a stove. The clothes dry in no time at all. I would advise that a professional install this unit, especially if it is mounted on a wooden ceiling like ours as it needs to be reinforced in the attic. A small comment, it would be helpful if the sides had A and B marked on them to indicate which piece was which. I Would totally recommend this unit. Thank you seller

Great product. Goes up and down smoothly. I’ve loaded it up with workout gear, taken it back up to the top and it dries quickly with the help of the built in fans. A special shout out for the customer service at Foxydry. We were missing a mounting bracket and I had it in three days from Italy. Francesca patiently explained the wiring configuration because our electrician had wired it incorrectly, and explained why the electrician couldn’t get it working because he hadn’t done the steps to engage the remote. All inquiries were promptly answered and explained thoroughly. If our electrician had just read the instructions, we probably wouldn’t needed her help at all. All mounting and usage instructions were explained in detail in the manual. Our remodeling contractor was so impressed with it he said he’s going to recommend them to his customers going forward

I could not be happier with this purchase! We have a small utility room and drying laundry was always an issue because there was simply not enough space, but this solves that problem. I bought the dryer with the wall mounts which makes it easy to hang up (did the installation by myself, no second person needed). And it works like a charm! The remote is really handy, so are the light and the fans. We have a washing machine with extra large capacity, the rack can accommodate that easily. Great customer service too, as I experienced!! It earned me a lot of browny points with my wife, I can tell you that!! Highly recommended, would definitely buy one again!!!
