I really have doubts why this item get so many high reviews. First of all, the case is extremely difficult to be opened. I never seen such a non-user friendly design of container case. It was very frustrating to get it open. Second, after the earbuds were fully charged in the case, I took them out to use. In less than 10 minutes, the earbuds were not working anymore. They did not hold charge at all. I emailed the seller for help. I got a reply that was not addressed to my concern. I emailed the seller again and NEVER got any reply back. After waiting for more than a week, I ended up returning the item. Both the product quality and the customer service were extremely poor. Actually it does not even deserve a star.

This works, but just barely. First the controls are odd, and don't encourage use with just one ear. But after a month this suddenly stopped working. At first I couldn't figure out why, but finally discovered the battery was drained. The problem is there is no way to tell how charged the system is. The base battery emptied way before it should have, and failed to charge the headsets. There was nothing on the headset itself to indicate the battery was drained. Since the base only has fancy flashing lightning bolts rather than an actual charge level indicator, it makes it difficult to tell if this is charged or not.The sound is acceptable. The microphone is decent, which is its major selling point. I definitely recommend the drop-mike type of earbud rather than the rounder versions due to far better microphone. However, I also recommend purchasing a unit that has an accurate battery level indicator, and sufficient battery to keep the thing going a full day.I can't recommend this because of the odd control system and no battery level indicator.

I'm not sure where it is getting high marks, while they look nice, the case has that futuristic look, the sound quality even after switching out the earbuds was not, there was no wow factor, I literally had to almost max out the volume in order to hear everything, bass, treble and so on, the touch buttons are nice but way too sensitive, when putting these in your ear, you have to be careful not to accidentally touch the touch buttons, pairing is easy, but I did notice that they were still on even after I place them back in the case, I had to turn off the Bluetooth on my phone, not as convenient as they should be, I also tested out the Gaming option, stick with the gaming headphones, these were no better

These work perfectly with my android phone but will not connect with my computers., even though I use a blue tooth adapter that works with ear buds. That part was very disappointing. AFter fooling with setting and the earbuds, I managed to get them to pair with the laptop and the pc. They work great. Have a distance of about 20 feet from the computer and you can still hear whatever you have on your system; music, pod cast or anything. Good product.

Nifty charger overall attractive package, but does not change the fact that despite offering differing sizes of your inserts these darn things fall out & easily disappear, as happened to me. So fir a while I had one earphone, because the other 1 fell out of my ear and disappeared into the Twilight Zone somewhere in my home unable to be found for days on end. I thought my cat hadxeaten it. These manufacturers should be aware of this fact and offer a way to have them emit some sort of screeching identification noise so that you can track them down when they bounce under some furniture or fall into a crack into another world.Despite this annoyance they sound fine, if not great, but their touted "noise canceling" is pretty weak tea overall & should not be the main reason for purchase. Also the tapping function is pretty hit-or-miss. So despite anxiety design the low cost is about all these earphones can boast about.

These headphones are not terrible as far as their price go. The sound quality tends to be good, and I don't find myself regretting the purchase when I'm watching something or listening to music. I do have an issue with the volume control, though, since there's no clear way to know you're adjusting it unless you're maxed out or listening to something. It tends to be a bit finicky or overly sensitive, making me turn them down when I've brushed the left one too much, and yet not turn up when I press the right.Their bluetooth connection is another sore spot though. Sometimes I'll walk away from my device and they'll disconnect but won't reconnect unless I return them to their case and take them out again.Worst of all though is their battery life. If you plan to use them for under four hours, you're good, otherwise you'll find yourself charging them before the day is through. I can endure it since they are affordable, but it hasn't been that long and I'm already thinking about their replacement.

Ok, so I'm sure the headphones sound great. And yes, the case looks REALLY cool. But, I had to laugh when I received it. Because of the shape of the case, it was nearly impossible to open the lid. The case is smooth like Teflon, and your fingers can't get any grip or leverage on the case due to the shape of it. It was humorous watching myself struggle to get it open or try to keep it from flying out of my hands. Looks cool in theory, but not very practical or functional once you're holding it in your hands. The only way it could work is if the put some texture or ridges on the sides so that you can grip it securely while trying to open it.
