Lindt chocolates are not organic to my knowledge, and the company does not buy from fair trade sources.

Q: Are these small carrots solid or hollow?

these are solid and absolutely delicious chocolate!

Q: Are they peanut free?

According to Lindt the product is peanut free. However they do process products that do contain peanuts in the same plant. Although they clean their equipment thoroughly it could be processed on the same machinery and contain trace amounts of nuts.

Q: Is it normal for the box to be mangled so that the candy can be remobef and replaced? I don’t feel comfortable giving these to my grandsons now!

Amazon is great about replacing damaged items. Please send it back rather than take a chance with your grandson's health and well being. Just my humble opinion. Be well.
