This doesn't make hair grow where there is none. It 'helps' maintain the hair you have. The title is misleading. I've been taking biotin for well over a year now (for my beard - i wanted more length) and honestly, havnt noticed much difference. 🤷🏼♂️

Is this suitable for vegetarians?

Made from organic milk as a vegetarian I am able to use it. It would not be suitable for a vegan.

Does it help stop your hair going grey

Apparently biotin can do this. My grey roots don’t seem as bad as they used to be since I’ve been using it. I’m using it to keep my hair so grey hair is far better than no hair- but it’s an added bonus! Biotin helps skin and nails too- there’s no reason not to take it in if you have hair issues and/or you’re getting older, in my opinion 😊👍🏼

Does anybody know if this product conteins caffeine or other stimulants in it ? I am allergic to caffeine and cannot find that info anywhere.
