Damaged product on frame.
The overall product is great. Also came packaged well. Box was not damaged but there was a big indention and broken wood on the bottom of the frame.

Need more letters...
This product is pretty nice but the letters are a wild card. We have purchased six, two died, but we kept all the letters. We are 14 r's & 2 B's light for our message. Mind you this is from six board letters on four boards. Looking for a solution but the website is a fake...

I like it except…..
I like it except I wish it came with more letters or the option to buy more. I cannot seem to find letters that match these exactly.
