Great Product
From start to finish took less than 5 minutes to install and fit perfectly into my Lexus 2010 IS350c. After watching a YouTube video for a few minutes the install went very smoothly and was one of the simpler fixes I've performed on my vehicle. If your Shift Console Slide Cover is cracked and broken off, I would highly recommend using a product from this vendor. This has been installed for several weeks and have not experienced any issues with the shift functionality. Saved a ton of money not having the dealer replace this part and the price was perfect. Perfect replacement for dried out and broken orginal Shift Console Slide Cover
I watched a quick youtube video how to do this and did everything without any tools. I ordered the part and did it from memory in about 7 minutes because I was being extra careful. The replacement part looks so much better than the original broken one. Now my interior looks fantastic and not like a rat ate the plastic! I highly recommend this aftermarket part that hopefully will last another 10 years in southern heat.

Way cheaper than taking the car anywhere
If you need to replace this in your beloved Lexus, definitely by this part and DIY. It took me <20 minutes surfing on youtube to find the right video. I watched it 1-2 times before attempting it myself. Whole installation process took me 20-25 minutes, and I am not a car person and I would not consider myself handy. I am good at following directions though, and being gentle with the car parts during the take apart and put back together stages. Just be careful, go slow, and get good instructions from a YouTube video. you'll do great and save yourself a bunch of money. My car is a 2007 Lexus IS250 and this part fits perfect.
