I expect that any platinum color will tangle eventually, but this is by far the worst set of extensions I've had. I've had them on less than a month and I need to take them out because it looks like a rat's nest. I take excellent care of my extensions; braiding before bed, washing, olaplaex, and a deep conditioner twice a week, so I'm fairly confident it wasn't due to lack of care.

I have wash this hair 2 times, and only heat styled once. Since the beginning it tangled easily, and has gotten worse each day. It's insane. I've been using extensions for the past 3 years, and I've never experienced this before. The shedding is also insane! Attached is from just ONE shower. I use hair oil every day, deep condition every time I shower, and always use heat protectants.Do yourself a favour, and pass on this one. There are way better brands on Amazon out there.

Won't be using. Very poor quality. Very thin and with loose hairs falling out.

These extensions were so soft and pretty out of the package. After 7ish weeks of wear with move-up, they've shed so much that they're a lot thinner now than the dark brown ones I bought in the same brand (i have split dye hair). Despite tedious care, they also have a lot of split ends throughout on top of the shedding. And the metal tips that attach the extensions into the beads have fallen out of the center of about 10 of the extensions making me have to repair them.but for the price I guess I can't complain too much.

Obsessed! First time using these in my own hair, and I’ll never go back to anything else!
