Great for gaming!
This is a great pc if you're unable to build your own, I have already upgraded the 500GB M.2 to a 2 TB M.2. only issue is it gets kinda hot when overclocked at the standard Auto overclock with Ryzen Master and the RGB fans can be wonky.....buuuuuuttttttt it runs like a champ and upgrading as you go can is pretty simple if you know at least a little of what you are doing! cases aren't all that expensive and it's more of a long-term goal to make your PC parts last longer. otherwise awesome PC.

Great performance. Great for gaming and creating.
Fantastic product. I really wish it had been shipped before the day it was supposed to be arriving but oh well . Packaging was outstanding. A box padded in the corners within another huge box. Once I got the PC out, noticed packaging INSIDE the computer keeping everything in place and supported. You can tell they really care about getting the product to the customer in good condition. Physically, Its very nice. The tower looks a bit different than the picture on the advertisement but no complaints here. The one I got looks even nicer. Lights are a bit weird, it comes with a physical mini controller that doesn't always work correctly (WHAT? No software?? Super weird) but still not worth bringing down the review because this computer runs so well. I've been throwing everything I can at it and it handles like a champ. Specs internally are what I bought. Very happy with that. Fans are a bit loud but it doesn't bother me. Something not mentioned in the paperwork is that the antennae that comes included not only effects wifi signal but has a huge impact on the quality of the Bluetooth signal. Just plug it in, its worth it. Only a few days into this PC, will update this review over time.

Excellent gaming computer start it up with no problems. All the software is up-to-date and ready to go down. Loading was extremely quickly the pc was extremely responsive. hands-down, a quality bill that was made in the USA and easy to upgrade as well. All the wires were talked away and cleanly placed very impressed with the gaming pc company

My first gaming PC and it's dope!
Well the pc is powerful I got it for gaming and for music production. Definitely worth the money. Only bad thing was one my fans stopped working after a week of having it. I didn't feel like sending it back and waiting a month in a half for it. I just went to micro center and bought a new rtx geoforce 3060 and replaced it. I can see myself using this pc for quite some time. And if I have to upgrade I can do that with ease.

Very Happy with my New PC
I'm very happy with my PC. Side of the case has two hand screws and that allow you to open it up and access all the inner workings. The cable management is awesome and everything looks really nice and put together well. When I got it, it arrived double boxed and in great condition. It did not take much to get it set up and running, either. It can run any game I really care about playing at the highest settings, and as promised, there was no bloatware. I'm very happy with how my PC runs and the fact that it seems to be something I can easily upgrade as time goes on.

It's powerful, quiet and packaged safely.
It runs my games smoothy on high settings. It's easy to get into for any maintenance. The fans are quiet and can be boosted further, if you don't mind increasing the noise. Windows 11 can be pretty intrusive so consider making a local account, if a certain giant company knowing your every move isn't your favorite thing in the world.

Near unusable due to overheating
The computer almost unusable as anything more advanced than a word processor. The computer shuts itself down to reset almost daily. I believe this is due to overheating. The fans came so loud that I purchased noise cancelling headphones because the noise was giving me a headache.I had to change the BIOS myself because it came with full time overclocking enabled. This reduced the resetting problem and fan noise slightly, but the computer will still reset itself if I try and play almost any videogame. I have the computer set up to allow almost a foot on all directions to allow airflow. If I set a game to the lowest settings and keep my room's AC pointed near the computer I can get maybe an hour before it resets itself due to overheating.I have had the computer for only four months and after spending money on additional equipment, taking it to a computer technician, and spending hours researching the problem, I give up. I am already looking for a new computer and feel like I had over a thousand dollars stolen from me.

Overheating issues
Got this pc about a bit over a year ago(near end of 2022) and it worked amazing for a good while. But as time went on it's been having overheating issues. It'll randomly power off when I try to play any type of game.I'm not particularly well versed in pcs at all so I'm lost on how to fix this issue.I've tried re applying thermal paste, checking for malware, dusting my pc, mostly anything I can think of to fix.But unfortunately as of so far I have not been able to fix this issue. My performance and fps I get on most games has gone down to a fraction of what it once was.Until I find a fix for this I'll have to leave it at 2 stars.
