Meh
Are you thinking about using this to looking into a drain pipe, or in any area that may have to take a curve. The business end of the camera is 1.5" and solid. Be sure that you will have enough room.On a basement shower that is a about a 32" straight run to a 90 @ 2" diameter. I could not make the curve. . If I attempt to go in via the shower drain, that's a 2" opening goes down 4 inches to the turn and then 27" to turn.I can make the initial curve (inside shower) IF I pre bend the cable at the camera end before feeding the cable down the drain. The only reason because I can see where the curve happens, so it's easy for me to guide it to that spot. Once there, however, I can not just push the scope through. The cable will just bunch up at the 90 as you attempt to feed the line in.The lights are bright with 3 settings. The brightest causes the camera to white out. The image itself you can see about an inch in front of you on setting 1 or 2 on brightness and only if you manage to get a good angle, otherwise it will be nothing but a blur. Also, if you're going to purchase make sure that you attach the protective cap or you will probably end up with a shattered lens as you try and bang around a curve. The attachments they give you, mirror, magnet etc. are ok. However, the threads on the camera housing are extremely thin and weak. As another reviewer stated the threads just sliver off the housing. The screen, and screen housing seem to be sturdy. The screen itself is acceptable. I think it would take a drop or two in the field. The cable while quite stiff still will not advance through a curve and It is also difficult if you attempt to twist the cable around to try and snake it through the pipe. What I ended up doing was taping it to a hand drain snake in order to feed it down a pipe.

VIP CARD IN BOX
The camera works great for the price and I am glad I purchase it, but what's interesting is the seller includes a VIP card in the box. On one side it clearly states "YOU WON THE PRIZE" which a redemption code and that you can choose from a free carrying case or a $20 Gift card. I emailed the seller within 10 days letting them know which one I wanted, there were numerous emails back and forth and excuses and ultimately no prize ever received.

Fantastic Endoscope Camera - Much brighter, longer, and viewable
I am very impressed by this Endoscope Camera Complete night and day difference from the expensive and bulky Milwuakee scope I have. The scope is amazingly over 16' feet long, and is very flexible to get into tight areas, but rigid enough to hold its own weight when needed. The screen is much larger, and very bright in 1080P. The buttons on front make it easy to change the brightness, or flip the screen image as needed. Power up time is very quick, and charges quickly too. It includes the USB cable, but not an wall outlet... which is fine as I have several of them. The instructions refer to a TF card, but by looking at the slot, it looks like a microSD slot. I haven't bought a card yet, but it is not required to use... only if you want to record video or pictures.I am tossing this big bulky Milwaukee and keeping this endscope... look at the pictures, it will show the difference. Screen size, cord length, and this one doesn't require a separate charging base! Sold

Camera light stopped working after single use.
Picture quality is great, and the camera probe is extremely small diameter to fit into very tight spaces. However, I suppose you get what you pay for. After using the camera only once, the LED lights on the end of the camera no longer work. When I tried to use the camera the second time (a few weeks after the first use that prompted me to purchase it in the first place) the lights did not come on at all. I tried turning the unit off and back on, and also tried using the reset button that is recessed at that bottom of the controller. No change. The lights did not come back on. It could be that I have a defective unit that is not common, but I am inclined to believe that you get the quality you pay for, and the very reasonable price of this tool is reflective of the dependability that it lacks. I give 3 stars, because it did work very well for the original job I purchased it for, but barely 45 days after purchase the lights do not work, and that essentially makes it useless. On the plus side, Amazon was excellent on giving me a refund even though the product was beyond the 30 day return period. If you need a boroscope for one job and are not counting on the tool lasting, this is a great value option.

Broken out of the box and it arrived days late.
I ordered this product with a timeline in mind based on the delivery promise from Amazon. It was late however and arrived after the weekend I needed it. No matter I will just do the work later. I also ordered a fresh TF card to go with the product for recording and taking photos. The reviews seemed positive and the product looked solid. When it arrived it felt sturdier than expected and seemed to hold some promise. I charged it up without issue and then went to slide the TF card in. It just falls into the unit and is now rattling around inside. I have submitted my return and will have to suffer the loss of the memory card as well. The instructions are in broken English and the support email address is for a domain that doesn't seem to exist. Do yourself a favor and move to another product. I never even got to try this out since it couldn't even hold a TF card properly or provide a place for it to be received as intended.

This is cheap, mostly useless crap
This is a really poorly made product that I wish I hadn't bought, since it's just more crap that'll end up in a landfill. The plastic is the type that just feels bad - creaky, mis-aligned, etc. The battery compartment has a door that doesn't properly close on mine, so that the battery doesn't charge. I shoved a paperclip in there to "fix" the problem. The picture is pretty bad (VGA quality) and the "attachments" are 100% useless. The 45-degree mirror doesn't even fill in the frame, so you end up not seeing anything. Any dust instantly makes the picture unusable, which is problematic because anywhere I stick this thing is going to be dusty (in walls, for example).Save your money.
