Yes. They need cured for at least 60 secs. 30 will do but 60 is best

I jave the set that has 12 and the colors are bold

Gel polish of any kind really doesn't do well with stamping art. It's best to use stamping polish or regular nail polish. Using these can work but you may not get a crisp clear transfer. I wouldn't recommend using this for stamping. Good luck I hope you find what works best for you:)
