Super fun
The build experience was great for my 8 year old and the end state toy was super fun. He loves this robot creation. At one point I thought we lost parts, I reached out to the company and they responded immediately willing to send missing pieces. When I forgot to respond that we found them after all, they followed up with me. I was amazed by the level of customer service. It competes well with other major brands and I will by from them again.

Bday gift for 11yr
I got this as a birthday present for my boyfriend’s son & not only did he love it, the boyfriend did too. The quality time they spent building it and hours of playing with it figuring it out was amazing to witness 10 out of 10!! Definitely worth it and will be getting more. Loved it

Very cool
I built it with my kiddo and he loves it. The battery dies quickly and it comes off the tracks a lot but it’s very cool.

Very cute but LOUD
It is difficult to build at points but it is really cute once it comes together. One major drawback is it's very loud when you operate it. But otherwise it's good

Great STEM gift
Bought this for my 9 year old Grandson and he loves it. He put it together and is already playing with it

Began having problems with controls right away—and questions to supplier went unanswered
As several others have noted, it is difficult to assemble--even for an adult (mostly because the assembly schematics are unclear or too small on the page). Once put together, it functioned properly for only a short time (less than an hour); stopped moving straight ahead or backward. But more troubling is the fact that calls to supplier's number don't work (message says call can't be completed as dialed) and the email I sent many days ago hasn't been answered (or even acknowledged as having been sent).

It was a challenge for my just turning 8 years old grandson. Help from dad was necessary. He loves it.
