Catalase: Antioxidant Enzyme Delayed-Release For Hair And Skin

Tried several other brands of catalase, and they didn't work as well as this one. Points to keep in mind: this must be taken consistently, everyday, for months — needed at least two months of use before began to finally see some grey hairs turning back to natural color, even though I don't have a lot of greys yet. Might need more months, if you guys have majority of grey hairs. Point two, is that noticed a much better result if taken on an empty stomach/after something alkalizing like alkaline water or homeopathic antiacids. But not sure if it will work for others, better consult with your doctor. Otherwise, was so surprised and excited to finally see some improvement in hair health, especially with premature hair greying! Really do recommend, for someone who is committed to improving their health and hair!

So I bought this and a cheaper competitor brand at the same time. The competitor one broke down completely in vinegar after less than 30 minutes. This brand stayed completely intact for an hour, then the cap popped off. The material was still holding up strong though. I tested this with some hydrogen peroxide and it reacted very slowly and consistently, with small bubbles and no sounds. Not sure if that's good or bad. The competitor brand was at least 5 to 10 times more volatile. Both brands were neutralized as the hydrogen peroxide mixture left over from both did not bleach a dark colored shirt that I poured them on. I'll update at 3 months with results. Using for grey hair and vitiligo. Early Update: At a month in, my beard turned from reddish/light brown to dark black (I have dark brown head hair btw). No greys returned to normal color though. I decide to pluck a patch of greys on my chin as a test and they grew back in dark black. Not sure if I'm willing to pluck all my thousands of greys, but it was an interesting test. I'll give it the full three months and see what happens for the next update. I'm about half way there. FYI I'm taking both this brand and a cheaper competitor, almost daily.

I started taking these 6 months ago. I I take them every morning. I haven't missed a day because I am a serious vitamin believer. I usually take them first thing with my Fish Oil, vitamin C, Theracurmin HP, and coffee with Bulletproof Collagen powder, but not a meal as stated on the bottle. I keep them in the refrigerator with my fish oil because I read somewhere they stay fresher (like fish oil) when stored in the cold. My hair was really starting to gray in the front and along my part. It was noticeably grayer after a workout or when my hair was dirty. I can honestly say, while my gray isn't 100% gone, it is significantly better. I notice the gray less than I used to. The day after my hair was washed was always the worst for grays being noticeable and they don't catch my attention now. If you have the discipline to take these every day (even travel with them) it's worth a try.

I bought this for it’s liver support. My numbers were slightly elevated in my last blood test. Only been taking for about a week. No side effects noted. Will update in a few months after next testing. I do think that they’re a bit expensive but if they work, it’s worth it.

I am getting my masters degree in functional medicine, naturally we're learning about the importance of the mitochondria in aging slowly, longer and healthier lifespan. I am relatively healthy and don't notice much when I take supplements, but I take them anyway because I know they are good for me. I didn't notice or feel anything different with the Catalase, was hoping it would turn my gray hair back - it did not haha. But gray hair is multi factorial! It was a good try with this, i'll probably keep taking it just because I know it's good for my mitochondria : )

Great product! I've been buying this product like CRAZY!! I brought it in the first place to help bring my thyroid antibodies down which is a good thing. But what I've been seeing is my skin has been looking Younger!! Instead of seeing me get older daily..I wake up and run to the mirror and I see Absolute definite changes in my skin! My skin looks soft, supple and my wrinkles seem to be going away, EVEN my eleven's!! This might seem silly to many of you but for me I even as a teenager NEVER had that sort of skin it was either too oily or too dry or it looked thick from all the scrubbing i used to do to my skin.I ABSOLUTELY love this and I love Suzy Cohen! I've also brought Suzy's Thyroid Greens, absolutely delicious! I don't think it taste too sweet as others have stated in comments. I think it's perfect and I mix other nasty tasting herbs into that as well, it's a good buffer.

After 60 days of use I thought my grey hair was less but by the time my next hair color appointment came up in just under 90 days of use, I had to cancel my appointment because there was literally nothing to color. I use 2 pills a day right now, maybe I'll try reducing to one a day (these are expensive). But I also take PABA 750mg/day, Inositol 2,000mg/day for 1st 90 days, then 1,000mg/day and Pantothenic Acid 500mg/day. I've been coloring the grey out of my hair for the last 10 years. However expensive this may be, it is cheaper and better than coloring my hair every 6 weeks.
