قاسي ومتكتل
المكمل قبل التمرين مالي منتهيومبين عليه إنه صار قاسي ومتكتل، وريحتَه مو زينة كأنها حامضة، ولونه متغير وفيه شك إنه معفّن، وحتى مفعوله ما عاد مثل قبل.
