Superb customer service
No adapter for charging, no manual. Totally useless.Update!! Seller contacted me within q few hours with an online user guide and additional information on the charger. They immediately also offered tosend a new adapter if needed. 4 stars only because I haven’t used the product yet but it is in working order!

I just received this purifier, I like this size,it just look perfect for the bedroom, not too big and not too small. The walls of my room have just been painted, this is the reason why I need the air purifier. I just start using it, I turn on the highest setting, and it collect a lot of dust, make the air clean. I am happy for buying this, and I will recommend it.

No replacement filters
No use in purchasing if there are no replacements.

No replacement filters. Manufacturer is a scam.
Impossible to get replacement filters. The "manufacturer" just says they are in stock, its Amazon's fault, and try again later. They keep giving the same response to multiple people over the past couple YEARS. That aside, the filters cost as much as the purifier itself and people have been receiving used filters for replacements. This product is just a scam. Save yourself the headache and buy something from a reputable brand. What a joke.

taking the smell away

Didn't remove smoke smell
I got it to remove smoke smell from the room but it just doesn't. I got a glade pump and that covers the smell... then the purifier removes must if that scent so it is bare able. But if you are getting it to remove weed smell from your neighbors smoking... well... don't count on it working.
