Good taste and helps to calm. They also don’t stick together which is a huge plus!

Love these gummies, have been consistently taking these for 6 months and sleep has never been so good! You stay sleeping and it definitely helps you relax. I personally like the flavor but they do have a slight bitter after taste. Does not bother me, love that they are gummies. Almost like a treat!

The flavor isn't bad, there's only a slight aftertaste but it doesn't taste horrible. I've been taking these for a few days, and so far they help me feel calmer and less prone to anger (I've been having these issues due to depo shot). I'm noticing I'm getting tired earlier than I usually do, but that's also what I wanted. Will update this if anything new.

For some reason, these work better for me than other ashwaganda products. I have no idea why
