I'm delighted with this knife, I honestly can't believe how affordable it is for the quality. We have a block of Wusthof knives, along with several Global knives - and I'm truly impressed with the construction, the weight, the quality of the blade, and the handle is very comfortable even with my smaller hands.The blade cover is a nice addition, though I was pleased I had a spare place in our Wusthof block, and it fitted perfectly. This blade will slice meat VERY thin like butter, and with little effort - which is why I wanted it. Highly recommended, also highly recommended for gift giving.

Very sharp! Heavy and well made. I thought about getting the 14" but after using the 12", this knife is more than enough for trimming and slicing brisket. Heavy wooden grip worked will for me with gloves. Screaming deal for the money, highly recommended.

Excellent, quality, looks and value. Cutluxe produces a high quality product at a modest price, I own knives that cost a bit more and the difference is barely discernible, knives are sharp from the get-go, are nicely packaged as well as elegant, I highly recommend them.

Very sharp. Great size for slicing larger cuts of meat. It looks like a $200 knife with the $200 cost. I’m looking forward to putting it through many test soon.

I got this knife for my father and he absolutely loves it! He said it's the best carving knife in his collection. He can get nice thin slices of meat and he said it's very durable. He loves the performance of the knife.

This is a very nice knife , weight , balance , sharpness , fit and finish are all excellent . I have a few of these Cutluxe Knives and I find them comparable to my old classic German made knives .
