I use them for drop shot rigs and walleye rigs. Previously, I had used a larger, retangular foam holder, but these are much easier to store and use.

Absolutely love these. I saw a coworker using something similar to store his earphones. I thought it would be great if I could find something similar, but smaller diameter. Low and behold I found these foam rings. I used a razor blade to make a shallow 1/16 inch cut around the circumference. Pushed the hooks in from the outside and wound the leader around the slit I had cut in the groove. The slit holds my line great!I use Plano 3600 boxes, because they fit my kayak storage area perfectly. Now my gear is well organized and I won’t pinch a leader in the lid of the box. Now to catch some Kokanee!!The only improvement I could suggest is that the manufacturer could add the slit for holding the line. It would save some time.

I have tried several styles of line/leader holders. For hooks sized 4 - 14 these are by far the best. They are easy, fast and never get tangled. When I ordered I was worried about using and/or losing the push pins. They are great. You never set them down. The way I do it is I pull the point of the hook into the foam then wrap line around the foam spool. When I get to the ring or loop at the end of the leader I grab the pushpin and put it through the loop. To remove is the reverse. Pull the pin just move it 1/8' to the edge of the foam and put it back in then unwind your line. Even my barbed hooks do not damage the foam. These might not be the best for leaders on treble hooks.

Purchased these to use to manage my tenkara lines for tenkara fly fishing. These are a good price, and easy to use to manage tenkara lines for tenkara fly fishing. Available in 2 sizes ( 45 mm, and 69mm diameter). Have a 12mm hold in the middle to slide on your tenkara rod. A removable insert to hold the end of the linenor leader.

Los quería un poco más gorditos, por lo demás el producto es tal cual lo describen. Los uso para guardar aparejos de pesca desde barco los cuales si añades cinco o seis anzuelos si fuesen más gorditos se darían las vueltas mucho mejor para que quedasen más olgados
