Works, but you may need more
1 gallon covered about 460 square feet (or fourteen 4x8 sheets of pressure treated plywood on one side) applied with a roller. This is much less than the suggested coverage of 2,000 square feet. So I ended up buying a second gallon. Overall, the stuff worked well, though one section out of 12 left some wood fibers in the concrete. Seems to hold up over time as there was at least 4 weeks between application and concrete pouring, then another 4 weeks to remove the forms. Same color and consistency of new motor oil. Let's just hope it isn't. Smell isn't nearly as bad as diesel. One final word of advice... if you're building 8-foot tall concrete walls, make sure you use no less than 5 rows of whalers. My building department said only 3 rows were required and I had bowing and almost a breach which would have been disastrous.

Concrete countertops made easy
Used a brush to apply a thin layer of this release agent. It was displaced a bit where I poured the concrete into the mold, but remained on the edges and sides. This agent provided the best outcome of any previous release agents I have used. Ensure you pour in the middle, on a flat surface, and do it slowly to prevent too much of the agent from being displaced.

Easy to apply and worked well
Easy to apply and worked well. I used it with some forms I had constructed to make capstones for a retaining wall. Did the trick
