My overall favorite high protein/low carb/low calorie bar is Julian Bakery Pegan Protein bar in Vanilla Cinnamon Twist or Roll (seed protein), then Julian Bakery Primal Thin Protein bar in Sweet Cream (grassfed whey protein), then this one in Red Velvel Cupcake (whey protein isolate & nuts), then Julian Bakery Paleo Protein Bar in Sunflower Butter (egg white protein---too hard, like a tootsie roll), then No Cow Bar in Mint Cocao Chip (plant protein).1. Used to order the mint chocolate which were tasty but not available so ordered red velvet. Didn't expect it to taste like cake (it is a bar) but doesn't really taste like anything. Not unpleasant but have a low expectation.

These bars are pretty good for a protein bar. I like the little white "creamcheese topping" chips within the bar. I wish they had less carbs, as 7 is high when you are trying to keep under 20 for the day. Otherwise, I would order again.

I was really excited to get these, love anything red velvet. Well they have good protein and fiber, that got it the two stars. Taste and texture was dissapointing. I'll stick with the Quest bars. Now I just have to get through the remaining 11 bars.

It's really good for a protein bar.

A little pricey and it does not even taste great.

I've tried many a protein bar, and this combination of flavor and a not so bad appearance (most bars are kinda gross looking), makes this a winner.

B-Up makes great protein bars! Good ingredients and high in fiber. Yummy
