Missed a pole with rope, difficult to assemble! But great customer service team at Callas.
Final update: 16-Oct-2022. The Callas customer service team shipped the missing third pole. I got it today evening and fixed it see second image. My 3 months old male Persian kitten already loves it and scratches on the pole as expected.Since they responded well for my mail and whatsapp resolving the issue in three days i have upgraded the rating to 4 stars.---------------------------------------------------The instructions were difficult to follow. Where which bold goes is confusing. The top two circular stands are just on tender hooks could not be fastenedTook almost 1.5 hrs to assembleBut one pole with rope was missingAlso the cat house had a hole to be affixed to the centre plate but the centre plate did not have a related holeFrustrated to see lack of proper instructions, assembly parts missing!I am going to try and call them or email then i will post here if there is some positive response in couple of days or i will return it.Updated on 15-Oct-2022:Callas team responded to my email and whatsapp they have said they will send me the missing rope pole. Cat house need to be fixed to centre plate is another clarification they provided.Glad they have responded. I will next update once the missing rope pole shipment is sent and i receive it. Based on the response and interaction with them i am adding one more star now (2 out of 5)... If they ship the correct good quality rope pole, i will update this review and improve the starvrating to 4 based on the customer service. Now on wait and watch mode!

It's an awesome place for my kitten to play
The media could not be loaded. Writing this review after almost 20-25 days of usage. My cat loves it. Loves to play and sleep in. Assembly is quite easy and the structure is sturdy. Although the stitch of pom-pom is loose, it's manageable. Overall a good product but a little over priced.

great!
assembling this was a tough one, but it came out great. the only problem is my four cats still hog up my bed space and ignore this altogether 😂 this product is a really good one. the material feels great and very sturdy. it is an excellent product 👍🏻we faced some troubles while attaching the ladder though…the holes were not in alignment and we had to make some serious adjustments

Good Quality & Very Sturdy Cat Tree for the price. Set up instructions to save you time.
Set up Tips: Photos attached#1 Start with the mid section plate (one with the big peep hole) with the furry side on the floor and attach the ladder. (i needed a carpenter as the brackets on the ladder weren't aligned to the screw holes.)#2 Attach the 2 rope poles to the middle plate while the furry side is still on the floor and then attach the base plate. makes it easier to align and tighten the screws. Attach the rope pole to the base plate but do not join it with a screw to the midlle plate just yet as the house will need to be attached to that section from the top. Similarily do not join the rope pole (behind the ladder) to the mid section plate just yet as the rope pole in the top section will need to attach to it in Step#5.Now turn the base plate over so its flat on the floor and make sure all poles are stable and the ladder resting properly on the base plate.#3 Put together the house using the 4 smaller fur poles. Attach the fur poles to the small square fur plate as a base and then attach the square non fur plate on top for the roof. Cover the roof and sides with the fur cover provided.#4 Place the house on top of the mid section plate in the left back corner so the screw hole is aligned to the fur pole below. In step #2 we had not put the screw on top of this fur pole. There is a single long 15mm screw provided which you use to fix the house to the mid section plate and through it to the fur pole below.#5 Take the 3rd and final rope pole and attach it to the rope pole below through the mid section plate using the MS 8x80mm rod. Remember we did not fix the top of the rope pole with a screw to the mid section plate in Step #2.#6 Take the 2nd and final big fur pole and attach it to the centre of the roof of the house using the regular sized screw.#7 Attach the fur seat with the pompom and fur round disk to the poles set up in #5 and #6. I chose to put the fur seat at the highest point because I know that's where she will prefer to sit. The product display has it on the lower section. There are extra screws. KEEP THE ALLEN KEY SAFE.

Good for kittens, not large enough, few design modifications needed
The media could not be loaded. It is a decent quality cat tree/house and my observations below are for product improvement in case the manufacturer is interested in that. I ordered large cat tree but it is good for kittens only. A grown up cat will use the perch and may be even the cat house but the area inside the house is roughly the same size as the cat. My six months kitten can only fit inside the cathouse when curled up, though she is liking it for now. Not sure if cat will like a bit more room or finds the claustrophobic environment more to it's taste. Moreover the sisal poles are not designed properly and are divided into small parts that even a two week kitten cannot use for climbing, forget about a grown up cat. Poles ends in the middle of a perch or roof after hardly a foot and a half, while the overall height of the tree is around four feet. Why would a kitten climb the pole if it doesn't lead to somewhere? A better design could have a continous sisal pole right from the base to the top of the tree for uninterrupted climbing pleasure of the cat or kitten. And it should lead to the different perches on the tree. The quality of fabric (fur) is good and overall the cat tree is beautiful and can be kept in bedroom or living room or even a balcony. But how much my kitten will utilise it after the initial wow factor is over, is something to be seen.
