Q: I wanna ask how big of the bladder mouth? Is this ok for filling juice or tomato soup?

Dear Customer, The mouth is big enought to put ice inside and It is better to fill water and ice, for putting juice, you should make sure that you can clean completely after using, otherwise it will smell bad, and you're not supposed to have hot liquids in it. Q: Is it actually waterproof of this backpack?

While it depends on how do you use. I used this packs in the rain for a couple of times and it works good that my inside stuff did not get wet. But one time I wore it and crossed the river, and the water covered 2/3 of this pack and water got in through the zippers. So it is waterproof I think.

Q: What's the largest waist size of this pack ?
