My daughter is a competitive figure skater, and recently sprained her ankle. She ordered this Iceetape per her coach's request, and started using it immediately. It's a stretchy, wet ace bandage material, that gets cold a few minutes after application. It's got a bit of a smell (like icy hot), but honestly after a minute or so it doesn't bother her. It stays cold for her a lot longer than 60 minutes, and she even left it on after the fact as a protective wrap for her ankle. She prefers this Iceetape over regular ice most of the time because she can take it with her to the ice rink and do other things while healing her ankle at the same time. Overall, this is a worthy investment, and we highly recommend it to anyone recovering from an injury who doesn't want to bother with the hassle of an ice pack.

This works great. Stays cool for over an hour and it sticks to itself. It lasts longer then an ice pack. As soon as it’s out of stock I will be buying again.

This is basically a menthol type liquid on Conan. It’s genius and works well! My son in football used it once, resealed in a zip lock for after next week’s football game and new injuries. Nice to be able to continue to use the compression all night even after the cold wears off
