He is straightforward, encouraging, not too fancy. I have all three of his DVDs and like them all. I do kettle bells once a week as part of a cross training regimen and no matter how many times I do it, I still get sore from all those squats. Which makes me feel that something good must be happening. Review: Great workouts, highly recommend. - I really recommend this DVD. Paul provides easy to follow instructions and the workouts are very difficult. The instructional drills portion is a workout on it's own and the regular routine is really challenging. While I have not done it yet I did watch the core workout and can't wait to try it...looks very challenging.
